At Dare Property we hand-pick the properties that we think represent the best investments for our clients.

We spend almost as much time in Poland and Slovakia as we do in the UK, which means we have first-hand experience of all the properties we recommend.

While this sounds obvious, you'd be amazed at the number of our competitors who haven't even been to the city they sell property in, let alone to the actual properties.

We know, for example, that the greatest rental demand in Poland is for small studio and one bedroom apartments. We also know it will be hard to let a property in Bratislava that is located on a street with a tram.

Equally importantly, via our network of local consultants we constantly monitor the local property prices, so we know when a developer is offering a "tourist" rate.

Furthermore, we keep an eye on what's going on across both countries, so we can advise on the good investments long before you read about them in the Sunday papers.

Nick Dare is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, which as well as meaning that we stick to rigorous codes of conduct, also means you have recourse in the unlikely event that you have cause for complaint.
