Nick Dare. A qualified Chartered Surveyor, Nick has over 15 years of commercial and residential property experience, both in the U.K. and overseas. He has previously worked for companies including Richard Ellis and Jones Lang LaSalle and in his previous job, he was responsible for establishing a Central European property fund.

Martin Dare - Consultant. Having been Senior Partner of a leading West Country Auctioneer and Estate Agent for 30 years, Martin has extensive knowledge and experience of property investment. In his role of consultant for Dare Property, he travels to markets under consideration and inspects potential projects before they are offered to clients.
